Dr. Carol Jenkins Neil earned her Ph.D. from Barry University in Miami. Florida. She has worked in various clinical settings in nursing. Dr. Neil has served on various boards at the local, state, and national levels.  Dr. Neil is a Professor of Nursing in the RN to BSN program at Florida State College at Jacksonville. She is active in the community addressing both health and social issues. Dr. Neil has written grants and received funding to address issues in her local community.  Dr. Neil is a sought-after community engager and often speak on various media platforms. Dr. Neil loves serving in the community and making a positive impact. Her personal career statement is to always be ready to serve others, arm with the knowledge and the capabilities to make a difference for the best possible outcomes of everyone.
